I could not more strongly recommend reading the two dev blogs that CCP published today. They are some of the most important conversations we've ever had with our players in a long time.

The first, by CEO Hilmar Veigar Petursson, contains a necessary and heartfelt message for each and every EVE player of both the present and the past.
