Nyko Wireless Nunchuck for Wii… Shipping in stores!

Nyko Technologies, the premier game console peripherals manufacturer, today announced that the anticipated and award-winning Kama Wireless Nunchuck for the Nintendo Wii has shipped to stores nationwide. Named Best of Show in the Gaming category by CNET during the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show, the Kama is the first truly wireless Wiimote controller attachment for the popular Wii console.

One of the most innovative game peripherals to hit the market this year, the Kama cuts the binding wire between the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Key attributes include:

– Fully compatible with all Wii games that use the Nunchuk
– Familiar ergonomic design
– Accelerometer for motion-sensing games
– Small dongle fits into the bottom of the Wii Remote, providing wireless connectivity of up to 3 meters

The Wii continues to steam ahead in popularity, making it a big focus for us as we try to improve the gaming experience with innovative wireless solutions, said Chris Arbogast, Director of Marketing at Nyko Technologies. The Kama Wireless Nunchuck is one of our biggest products this year, and we’re happy to offer consumers the first available completely wireless Wii remote controller attachment on the market.

Nyko’s Kama Wireless Nunchuck is now available at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of USD 34.99. Please visit the official site for more information.
